Who should Chelsea buy in the summer?

After ticking off the European Cup from his bucket list, Roman Abramovich must concentrate on the next big thing in his list: Winning the European Cup on the offensive. The reshuffling has already begun with Drogba announcing that he would be leaving the club in the summer. With Kalou, Bosingwa, Ferriera and Malouda out of contract in the summer, there is hardly any change of their stay.

Eden Hazard:
The first name on the list would surely be Hazard. The young Belgian has impressed with Lille in the last season. Switching to the no 10 shirt, he played the season like a true no 10. A number of clubs wanted Hazard, but he has finally shortlisted the Manchester clubs and Chelsea, after their recent victory in the Champion's League. His value has surely increased with that hat trick in the last match, and the fact that he wants regular football.

Falcao & Hulk:
The reason I mention both of them together is because they were highly successful in Porto under AvB. Hulkao are equal in strength to Drogba, only with a better technique. Hulk has a 100 million Euro release clause, but Porto are certainly gonna go for something far less as they would not like to risk losing him for free later. In case of Falcao, it is yet to be seen if Athletico are in a mood to sell, especially after their Europa league triumph.

Gregory van der Wiel:
With Bosingwa and Ferriera going out, and Ivanovic making it no secret that he prefers to play in the central defensive position, Chelsea would be short of a proper right back. Van der Wiel has recently announced that he wants to leave Ajax for Champions League football. With costing less than 10 million, I believe Chelsea must snap him up ASAP.

Cavani, Lavezzi or Hamsik:
If Eden Hazard joins either of the Manchester clubs, and Hulk proves too costly, then Chelsea must look at one of the Napoli forwards. With Cavani being offered a huge pay by Juventus, PSG showing interest in Lavezzi, and Hamsik longing to remain in Napoli, it is gonna be tough to lure either of them to the Bridge.

Players to be sent out on loan:
Josh McEachran, possibly the next Frank Lampard, may have great potential, but he needs exprience. A loan deal to Swansea City didn't help at all and playing in the Chelsea reserves is not gonna help either. A loan to a Premier League club guaranteeing first team football is all he requires. Romelu Lukaku's development has hit a stand still after a bad time at Stamford Bridge. With just one Premier League start, and not even in the Champions League squad for last season, he needs to play more and more to develop into the Didier Drogba of Belgium. Thibaut Courtois should be sent to a Premier League team for a year or two to gain first team experience, ahead of being ready to challenge Cech for a starting berth in Chelsea. Kevin De Bruyne is again one more Belgium who must be loaned to get a feel of the Premier League. I am not sure what must be done with Gael Kakuta, because his Bolton loan deal was a flop, but he performed well in Dijon. This makes me wonder if he is better suited to French football.

My preferred XI:
Cech, VdW (RB), JT(CB), Luiz(CB), Cole(LB), Mikel/Essien(CDM), Lampard(CDM), Hulk(RW), Mata(LW), Torres(RS), Falcao(LS)
Out: Bosingwa, Ferriera, Malouda
In: van der Wiel, Falcao, Hulk
